The V-Neck Ruffle Dress is an A-line maxi dress with a full flouncy skirt tier and fitted waist with encased elastic and ruffled accents. The extended sleeve tapers into the armhole with shirring into the tiers. Pull-on style crafted in our lightweight linen blend with hand drawn blooms and earthy tones of green and brown.
